- Wristbands are required for admission. Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
- General admission seating is open lawn seating. Guests may bring lawn chairs and blankets. Please be considerate of your neighbor’s view.
- Guests must keep their wristband on if they plan to leave the festival and return that day.
- Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or guardian for open lawn seating only.
- The Information Booth is located just inside the festival’s main gate.
- The Police and Fire Command/Lost & Found is located inside the main gate.
- Concession sales are cash only. An ATM machine is conveniently located at the U.S. Bank Booth just inside the festival main gate.
- Soda, water, beer, wine, martinis and margaritas are available for purchase.
- Coolers are not permitted. No cans, bottles, alcohol or soft drinks may be brought into the festival grounds .
- No outside food is allowed into the festival. The festival’s food area has a wide variety of food available for purchase.
- Tickets can be purchased at the gate with cash or Visa/MasterCard.
- Audio and visual recording devices, cameras or cell phone cameras are not permitted.
- Personal checks are not accepted.
- Be prepared for inclement weather. The festival is a “rain or shine” event. Tickets will not be refunded.
- Umbrellas that stake into the ground are not allowed on the festival site. The park has an underground sprinkler system that may be damaged by staked umbrellas.
- Candles of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- No animals will be allowed on the Jazz Festival grounds except for support dogs per City of Clayton Ordinance 4-13.
- No in-line skates, skateboards, segways or bicycles per City of Clayton Ordinance 21-26.
- No backpacks or large bags of any kind are allowed on the festival site. Purses are subject to a visual search.
